Chi Phi is the oldest social fraternity in the United States with an origin at Princeton University and was founded on December 24th, 1824. The UNF Chapter of Chi Phi was chartered in 1998. We stand on the values of Truth, Honor, and Personal Integrity and this motto allows us to develop into the greatest version of ourselves. Our National Philanthropy is Boys and Girls Club America. Due to many personal ties, however, we support and raise money for Mother's Against Drunk Driving and raise close to $5,000 annually.
Founded on the principles of Truth, Honor, and Personal Integrity, the Fraternity is ever striving to move forward in providing the needs of our members while helping to communicate the possibilities of the Fraternity to future members. We are extremely proud to promote a very strong brotherhood and know that we will be making lifelong friendships and memories through the Fraternity both in college and beyond.
Chi Phi has many accomplishments here at UNF. Many of our brothers hold leadership positions throughout campus including in the Interfraternity Council, Student Government, Orientation Leaders, and Greek Ambassadors. The Omega Zeta chapter of Chi Phi strives to make every single member a more well-rounded individual. We promote athletics, academics, a good social life, community service, and many leadership opportunities to grow our members. Through this, Chi Phi maintains its status among the top chapters at UNF.
